If you use GMail as your e-mail, the authentication/verification won’t properly send! You may also not receive forum notifications via email either. This appears to be an issue with our authentication through the email service we’re using for thebrokenchatbox.com and I’m actively working on the issue.
After struggling with authentication issues with gmail/google, we’re going to just mark this as a known issue until I get to contacting support and getting more details. If you’re signing up we recommend using a different, but still secure, email provider (which can be changed later), or if you must use gmail (or already did) please ping me or a moderator on Discord and we’ll verify your account manually so you can begin posting! (We can also change the email assigned to your account if required.)

EDIT :
Update from April 8th~ ish. The web-host and e-mail provider has enabled options for proper DKIM validation and other such features! I’ve gone through and updated some settings and waiting for these to properly apply and cache, hopefully these changes will fix the GMail issue!
